Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Provarity, Inc. and its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs data collection and usage of visitors and users information collected from our websites, www.provarity.com, provarity.ai and www.provarity.cloud (our “Sites”). By using our sites, you consent to the data privacy practices described in this statement.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use our products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Provarity does not sell customer personal information. Provarity’s websites contain links to other sites. Provarity is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read and understand the privacy statements made by other site owners.

Security of your Personal Information

Provarity secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use the following methods for this purpose:

  • Transport Layer Security TLS. Data in transit to and from our Websites and the Provarity Platform are encrypted.
  • Encryption of Data at Rest: Provarity’s applications systems and file storage are encrypted at rest. Current appropriate algorithms and key management are utilized to protect the security of data.
  • Vendor Management: Provarity conducts security reviews of our vendors to validate compliance with our standards. Data stored and transmitted to and from these service providers is also properly encrypted. The vendors must provide detailed information about security and human resources practices employed to meet these standards
  • Inventory of personal data: Provarity maintains inventory of personal data and the locations where this data is stored. This includes cloud services, and Provarity computing systems.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy Rights

International Privacy: The scope of privacy statutes are limited to the jurisdiction of the legislative body issuing the statutes. Provarity complies with EU and UK (ie GDPR) via Data Processing Agreements (DPA) negotiated with our customers at the time of establishing Contractual agreements. The executed DPA is binding under United States law. Use of the Provarity websites where a DPA has not been specifically enacted are governed under state and Federal laws determined by where we conduct business (Your location of origin).

Domestic Privacy: Provarity is a California based company. However, Provarity is currently exempt from compliance with the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) due to the following: Provarity does not meet the minimum, Annual Gross Revenue threshold required to be subject to this law, does not share personal information above the 100,000 persons threshold and does not derive any revenue from the sale of personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes defined in this Policy. Where a longer retention period is required by law, Provarity will comply with the law. We may also retain and use your data to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

Children’s Privacy

Provarity websites are published to provide well defined business purposes. Our websites are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without consent, please contact our Privacy Team via email: privacy@provarity.ai. We will investigate and work with you to resolve any issues.

Third-Party Services

Provarity utilizes third-party services to understand website usage and improve performance. These services may collect data that is governed by the service provider’s privacy policies. Provarity reviews these service providers prior to utilizing their services. As a part of this vendor review we verify they comply with the law we are required to comply with.

Changes to This Policy

Provarity will update this Policy so that it remains accurate. The date shown at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent change. Additionally, Provarity will review and obtain management approval at least annually for the content of this policy. Use of the Provarity websites constitutes agreement and acceptance of this policy.
